1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fiat Women (the "Service"), including our website at fiatwomen.com and our members area, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Fiat Women provides guided Catholic meditations for women, with a focus on pregnancy, birth, and every season of a woman's life in faith. The Service includes:

• Access to a library of guided audio meditations.
• New meditations added regularly at no additional cost during your subscription.
• Streaming access from any device with an internet connection.

Fiat Women provides spiritual content for devotional and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding any questions about your health or pregnancy.

3. Account Creation

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at hello@fiatwomen.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Pricing

Access to Fiat Women is available for $19.99 per year. This price is subject to change, but any changes will not affect your current subscription period.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Subscription Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at the time of renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by managing your subscription through Stripe or by emailing us at hello@fiatwomen.com. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
• Your account will remain active but without access to the meditation library.

Parish & Gift Codes

Some users receive access through parish codes or gift memberships. These accounts are subject to the same Terms, and access may be revoked if the code is used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Fiat Women is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws:

• Meditations: All guided meditation audio recordings, scripts, and associated content are the copyrighted property of Fiat Women. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our meditations.
• Website content: All text, images, videos, designs, logos, and other materials on our website are owned by or licensed to Fiat Women.
• Trademarks: "Fiat Women" and our logo are trademarks of Fiat Women. You may not use them without prior written permission.

Permitted Use

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream meditations for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Download, copy, or redistribute any meditation content.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use content in any public performance, broadcast, or group setting without written permission.
• Use automated tools to access or scrape content from the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
• Share, resell, or commercially exploit your access to the Service.
• Circumvent any technological measures we use to protect our content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Fiat Women is not a healthcare provider. The meditations and breathing techniques provided are for spiritual and relaxation purposes. We make no medical claims and are not responsible for birth outcomes.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fiat Women, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service.
• We have reason to believe your account is being used fraudulently.
• We decide to discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice).

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing hello@fiatwomen.com. We will delete your account and data within 48 hours of your request.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

Before filing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at hello@fiatwomen.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fiat Women regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
